ADHD IS A CODEBREAKER

Our nervous system works in a learned way. Our brains learn to respond to impulses that are presented to us repeatedly, usually over the years during our childhood, and thus, we learn to react to these impulses that people around us subject to us. When all of this happens in a repeated way over many years, our neuronal nervous system becomes part of us. The way we learn to respond to these generally negative impulses will be deeply rooted in our DNA and this has many effects on our behavior, reactions, personality, and even how we see this world.

Think of a child that is born with genetically inherited neurological disorder called ADHD. As we know, ADHD is a neurological deficiency in the brain where information is not delivered from one synapsis to another, in other words, the vital information that is needed in remembering issues, in getting things done, or ultimately in succeeding anything you do, is not delivered.

Think of that child born into a family of dysfunctional chaos. That chaos can be a chaotic way of running a household, or it can be mental chaos where there occurs bullying, belittling of others, raising voices (perhaps hands), zero communication, and sometimes children are subjected to personality disorders such as narcissistic behavior. The latter kind of chaos can be hidden from the outside world.

Think about how a child's ADHD is worsened when they have to hide their personality instead of being appreciated for who they are, and when they have to cope with chaos instead of living in peace and harmony, especially when their genetically sensitive nervous system should demand more peace instead of constant chaos.

When people grow up in families where they are not valued, but mostly criticized, and are constantly forced to become something that is not in their genetic makeup, they become easy prey for depression and anxiety. Many, if not all, adults with ADHD have had periods of depression throughout their lives, and their anxious behavior takes over when a calmer mindset would take them to their goal. Over the years of learning they have become nervous wrecks.

Many of these people spend a significant amount of energy surviving instead of enjoying a better life. Many entrepreneurs on this spectrum could multiply their turnover if they didn't spend their time 50 per cent surviving. These people have enormous potential for growth and happiness instead of settling for less, because their greatest potential lies deep within their minds and wounded nervous systems. In case of ADHD, it is not just about ADHD, but the environment we have been subjected to over our lifetime, especially in the early years of our lives.
